Very tasty and yummy recipie, very simple as well as time consuming recipie. It goes well with festive times.
- Condensed milk
Take a bowl add 2 cups of rice and rinse with water. Dry the water completely from the rice. Take the pressure cooker add the rice. For 1 cup of rice add 2 and a half cup of boiled and chilled milk. I am taking 2 cups of rice and so totally I have taken 5 cups of milk. Pressure cook it for 5 to 6 whistles, so that rice gets cooked well with milk. After 6 whistles remove from the stove and wait until the whistle get released. Remove the lid and add tin of Amul condensed milk to the mixture. Stir it well and if you want to add more of sweetness to the mixture, add some sugar to t it. Give a stir and place it on the stove. Allow it to boil for 5 mins and remove from the stove. Allow it to cool. Give more texture to the kheer by adding raisins and cashews. You can give more richness to it by adding badam. Yummy kheer ready😉😄😜💞
