Oh wow that has been a great and pretty lazy day. I am not in total mood of cooking today, but still I am hungry. Let’s make it quick and easy also yummy. I decided to make chapatti in my version with simple ingredients.
- Wheat flour
- Tomato sauce
- Chilli sauce
- Soya sauce
- Paneer ( optional)
First initial step take two cup of wheat flour add pinch of salt and mix with water to make a dough. In order to make dough soft add some ghee to it. Then in pan add some oil once heated add pinch of mustard. After splattering add the chopped off onions. Onions should not be chopped into small pieces, it should be done in side ways. Don’t wait for the onion to get too brown. Cut the capsicum to small square ones and add to the above mixture. Add pinch of soya sauce, add chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Add the salt needed . Give a slight stir and leave it for 2 mins. Then remove from the stove.
Meanwhile take the dough, make it into small balls. Roll those balls into flat and thin round. Take tawa make chapatti as usual. In the same tawa make some half boiled omlet or full boiled omlet as of your choice. Place the chapatti in hot tawa spread the onion on it and place the omlet above. Above that place the cheese sheets or cheese spreads which is available in both version. Place the another chapatti over it. Shut the stove, the remaining heat itself will melt the cheese. Stuffed chapatti is totally ready to eat.. . You can even add the paneer if yu have. If you want to add paneer, cut into small cubes give a light fry in the pain with little. Toss it until it turns brown. Try it and enjoy it🍝😋
